I need your help!

Does anyone know a good program for ripping vinyl to mp3? Right now I'm using the program that came with my turntable and the highest quality it rips at is 44.1 khz. I tried using audacity and recorded some vinyl at 96 khz but when I converted it to mp3 it downgraded to 48 khz. I'd like to have higher quality rips for you guys, so please help me out!
