Magic Slim & The Teardrops are one of my favorite modern blues outfits, and probably the best Chicago blues band around today. There's something about the raw grittiness of their sound and Magic Slim's guitar tone that I absolutely love. This is their sixth album, released in 1983, and for some reason it was originally only released in France.
